Venture Capital

Investment Strategy

The venture capital area channels financial resources from mainly institutional investors into companies with high growth potential by means of the creation and management of specific funds to which the following management criteria are applied:

  • Temporary minority stakes in company capital (20%-49%).
  • Pro-active participation in areas such as strategy definition, financial advice, contact networks, etc on the boards of companies in which investments have been made.
  • Location of additional financial resources and strategic alliances.

We are interested in investing in business projects whose guaranteed growth potential denotes a clear profit-oriented approach, a management team committed to the company and at the same time open to cooperation, and the opportunity for an investment payback of 4-5 years.
