Mercè Tell
She joined Highgrowth as an investment analyst in 2002, when the company provided support for the management of investments in Inverpymes, a venture capital fund for SMEs in Argentina. When the Fonsinnocat fund was set up in May 2002, she took part in the work related to investment project analysis and evaluation for both funds. In the middle of 2003 she contributed to drawing up a best practices manual for new ventures capital fund management companies for SMEs designed for the Multilateral Investment Fund of the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB). As Investment Manager since 2007, she has taken part in the investment structuring work and support tasks for invested companies. Since the launch of the EASY project, she has been involved in developing this project as Highgrowth’s representative. Prior to joining Highgrowth, Mercè Tell worked as a financial analyst for two years in the Tax Department of Ashland Inc. (a multinational company in the chemical sector) in Belgium. She has a degree in Business Administration and Management from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona and Economics from the same university.
